Excellence in Athlete Development
We, at OGQ, scout for athletes who have displayed in them the drive and the potential to win medals at the Olympic and Paralympic Games. The selection takes place through a well-laid down process that has been developed by the experts and has been chiseled with experience. Once the athletes are selected, OGQ assumes all responsibility for providing them with full-fledged support in their preparation towards winning at the Olympic and Paralympic Games. The support that we provide to our athletes falls into the following broad categories:

Exposure in International/ Domestic Tournaments
1. OGQ provides support to participate in International/ Domestic Tournaments that are not funded by the concerned Sports Federation
2. Includes all minor & major expenses which include personal coach or physiotherapist assistance, travel, accommodation, food etc
Foreign Training/ Coaching Campus
1. Athletes are sent abroad by OGQ for Training/Coaching under some of the best coaches in the World.
2. OGQ organises training camps in India with World Class coaches to help the athletes improve under expert guidance.
World Class Equipment
1. OGQ provides support for world class sporting and fitness equipment that help the athletes excel at the international stage.
Sports Science Support
1. OGQ provides athletes with World Class Physiotherapists, Strength and Conditioning coaches, Trainers, Sports Psychologists, Sports Nutritionists, etc.
2. Regular medical and physical assessment, nutritional assistance and mental training.
3. A time bound planned rehabilitation program is put in place in case of injury and also surgery if required
