Adapting Methods
No two sports are the same and hence, the same methodology cannot be replicated for selecting athletes across sports. However, the OGQ team has identified some basic tenets that can be followed and adapted according to the sport and the sportsperson being analysed.
SELECTION CRITERIA
The OGQ team selects the athletes on the basis of merit, talent & Olympic medal winning potential. The Research Team works closely with the network of coaches and scouts and identifies talent based on a mix of two factors:
