Experience in Sport Sector: As an athlete, Neha was ranked No.1 in India and achieved the highest world ranking of 61 in Women's Singles in Badminton and was part of the Indian Badminton Team from 2006 to 2012. She also worked with the Department of Income Tax, Pune for around 9 years.
Role in OGQ: At OGQ, Neha heads the Coaches Program. Her main role is to ensure the efficient and quality execution of the OGQ's Coaches Program and also manage the overall execution of different programs under the umbrella. This also includes long-term planning, overseeing the content and operations team, and coordinating with the partners and experts.

Role in OGQ: Anand works with the OGQ team to implement the Coaches Excellence Program. He also designs the content for the program and supports the trainers to deliver effective sessions. Currently, he is working towards building a self-paced online program for coaches.

Experience in Sport Sector: Viplove participated in different sports like Handball, karate & 50m riffle shooting at different levels during school time and played at state level as well.
Role in OGQ: AT OGQ, Viplove takes care of the creation of high-quality audio-visual content, design and delivery of coaches program collaterals like invitations, posters, brochures and most importantly module presentations, Create videos of Olympic and Paralympic medallists required for OGQ events. He also takes care of the design and delivery of mementoes, certificates and other memorabilia, templates for OGQ decks, performance reports and any other graphic design work required from time to time.

Co-Founder and Director at the Gagan Narang Sports Promotion Foundation
He is a co-founder and Director at the Gagan Narang Sports Promotion Foundation. He has been selected as a Jury Member for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, making him the first ever Indian in Shooting Sports to have achieved this feat at the Olympics. Previously, he has also been the former Coach for the Indian Shooting team (2007- 2012). A former national level rifle shooter, Pawan is the also Member of ISSF (International Shooting sports Federation) judges committee, Instructor- ISSF Judges. He has been awarded a Silver Medal by ISSF (2018) and also awarded a Bronze Medal by ISSF 2017 for the A ISSF judges License.
